Scheduling a Program    
How much do your presentations cost?
For one classroom or group of up to 32 participants, the cost is $75. A Visit with Miss Potter program is $135. Please remit the program fee at least 14 (fourteen) days in advance. Your check or cashier's check will be held until after the completion of the program.

How do I cancel my program?
If you must cancel your program, no refunds are provided, however, your program can be rescheduled at a later time. If a calamity occurs such as severe weather or many students are absent due to illness, your program can be rescheduled.

What happens if it’s raining or snowing on the day of my outdoor program?
Gentle rain and snow can result in a positive and unique experience in nature. Participants should always dress for conditions. In case of inclement weather such as strong winds, downpours, and icy roads, responsible party will be contacted before the program to determine the possibility of rescheduling.

How do I get more information about your programs?

To schedule a program, email programs@connected2nature.org and put the name of the program(s) you would like to book in the subject line.

Do you charge for mileage?
Mileage to your site is included up to 15 miles (one way) from Arlington, Ohio 45814. Additional mileage will be applied at the current rate determined by the IRS.

Please include the following information in your email:
School or agency name, address and phone number
Contact person’s name for confirmation
Program choice(s)—make sure program is available for the month that you request
Date and time (please have alternates)
Grade, age, and number of participants (students and adults)
Teacher or group leader’s name and both home and mobile phone numbers
